Frank Fraley: A Proven Leader for Justice

I, Frank Fraley, am seeking a return to office as the Presiding Judge of the 240^th District Court in Fort Bend County Texas. I previously served as the Presiding Judge from 2019 – 2023. I am a Judicial Candidate on the 2026 Republican Ballot. I am a member of the State Bar of Texas and have practiced Civil and Criminal Law in Texas for over 35 years. I am a member of the Fort Bend County Bar Association, Board Member and volunteer for Fort Bend County Meals on Wheels, Secretary for the Sugar Land Rotary Club, Executive Member for the Fort Bend County NAACP, Mentor for Fort Bend Juvenile Mentorship program, member and volunteer at River Pointe Church Media Ministry and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated.

I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the University of South Florida and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Thurgood Marshall College of Law at Texas Southern University. I was previously employed at the Michael E. DeBakey VAMC as a Supervisor Medical Technologist.

I truly enjoyed serving the citizens of Fort Bend County, Texas as the Presiding Judge of the 240^th District Court and am seeking your support for a return to office.
